Favorite Star Wars Moments | Qui-Gon & Obi Wan vs. Darth Maul
I have a lot of problems with this scene. First off, Qui-Gon (like most characters in the Star Wars prequels) was a completely throw away character that was absolutely pointless to the plot.
Secondly, this was supposed to be a pivotal scene where Obi Wan learns an important lesson in the ways of the Jedi. This is the moment when Obi realizes his hubris, that he is not as strong a Jedi as he had thought. It was also during this moment of weakness, that he taps into the Dark Side for the very first time. Yet the way they portrayed it on film was so shoddy and emotionless.
WHY WASN’T THERE A SAILOR MOON EPISODE WHERE SHE AND LUNA SWITCHED BODIES?!?! SMH.

omg it sounds like me!!!!!!!!!
This is what I’m talking about. I don’t care if someone “k.’s” me. But don’t fucking “k.” me then try and tell me you weren’t less than enthused about whatever. You might as well try to tell me fire isn’t hot because it’s absolutely condescending and it both trivializes my feelings and insults my intelligence at the same time.
oh my god
oh my fiucking
